Timetable for consideration of the Supplementary Legislative
Consent Memorandum for the Growth and Infrastructure Bill –
amendments to the Local Government Finance Act 1988
1. On 8 January 2013, the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Order 29.4, to refer the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Growth and Infrastructure Bill – amendments to the Local Government Finance Act 1988 to the Enterprise and Business Committee, to consider and report on the relevant provisions.
2. In accordance with Standing Order 29.5, the Business Committee agreed that the Enterprise and Business Committee should report to the Assembly by 31 January 2013.
